The Main Event
Bring us in for a day, a week, or for multiple events throughout the year. We liaise with your HR/Experience teams to create an appointment schedule with employees that limits interruption and allows for maximum experience and enjoyment. We set up in a boardroom for the day; roll out the red carpet in diamonds, jewellery and other precious treasures and allow employees access for 30 minutes at a time via a private showing. During the appointment, employees can come alone or in small groups. Holidays are particularly popular, as is wedding/engagement season.
We Handle Promotion
We have emails and other internal communication ready to send to promote the event and build intrigue. No work is required on behalf of your HR/Experience teams other than forwarding the event information and signup on to your staff. Our formula requires no more than three emails sent out in the weeks prior to the event. We handle all appointment booking and share this information with the HR/Experience teams throughout the course of the event.
Around Just Long Enough to Keep it Interesting
For a first time event we typically recommend two days. Adoption is often slower the first day prior to some employees not being aware of us due to missed emails. To avoid disappointment, the second day is where we catch everyone who missed us. Many of our repeat clients schedule as long as a week, however this depends on company size and on previous event interest rate.

We schedule events year round. November and December are our most popular months, however spring and fall also present unique opportunities to employees as well - there’s never an inconvenient time to have some fun and save money!
